Some servants of access to Internet by ADSL, like for example Telephone, have decided to install a servant PROXY through what they pass all the connections. This means that this servant proxy will keep a copy from the pages visited by the clients as a cache, so that when a client returns to solicit this page will receive the copy of proxy instead of the real page.
This has caused many problems with some users who have updated their pages and they do not manage to see the changes done in them once raised the servant, until the servant proxy of the access supplier updates the pages within proxy.
Several solutions for this subject exist:
1. - The first and fastest one is to press capital key + the button to update of the navigator. This will send a request from the navigator of update of the page having skipped the cache.
2. - The second solution is to lower a gratuitous program that is called Proxomitrón, this program forces the cache (servant proxy) of its supplier of access that updates the page that it is asking for in his breaks. So that thus it will force this cache to update itself.

3. - Third it is that You send a claim certified with receipt requested and certification of contents or a bureaufax to his supplier soliciing that wishes that the servant deactivates itself proxy for his connection.
